Fog isn’t a mainstay in Amsterdam as it is in a city like San Francisco, but it always looms across the city at various points during the fall and/or winter. We had about four straight days worth of it, which is more than enough for me. While it does makes the city look gorgeous, with my already depleted levels of vitamin D, I really can’t deal with it for too long. Nonetheless, a foggy Amsterdam makes for some beautiful photo opportunities…
